If you’re feeling the weight of financial stress, team dynamics, or simply the sense that your non-profit could be running smoother and smarter—you’re not alone. The Fresh Start Course is designed to help you take a step back, reassess, and rebuild with intention.

This isn’t theory. This is practical, guided work—delivered in manageable stages, every few weeks—with clear action items to implement between sessions. Each session is built around one of the “Ten Foundation Stones of a Chabad House”—my signature framework for strong, sustainable growth.

Whether you're a seasoned Shliach or nonprofit leader ready to reset and realign, or a new director laying the groundwork for growth—this course will help you lead with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.

Participants will be part of a dynamic cohort with access to a private group chat for peer support, accountability, and direct guidance. All sessions are professionally recorded, with one year of access for ongoing reference and review.

Most coaching happens 1:1 over Zoom or phone. Some leaders bring in a board member or team lead for specific sessions. We can also build short-term intensives or ongoing monthly engagements based on your goals.
